I recently used the service department at this Audi dealership and would like to share my impressions of the experience.
This is my first Audi, but previously I owned BMWs, Mercedes-Benzes, and Volvos, so I have had an opportunity to compare how different dealerships welcome you, take care of your car, provide a loaner, and, importantly, keep you informed about the work being performed.
In situations like this, every dealership works as a team, and Audi was no exception. Every person has an important role in the process, and the better the team is coordinated, the smoother the entire experience becomes. It is much like the mechanism of a watch: even if only one gear does not work properly, the efforts of the entire team may not be enough to compensate for that malfunction.
The people on the Audi dealership team who took care of my car were striving to provide excellent service.
I would especially like to recognize valet service manager Eric Herrera. I have rarely met anyone in such a position who is so dedicated to his work. His attention to detail, courtesy, and respect were evident throughout the entire process and gave me complete confidence when leaving my car in his care.
Service Manager Bill Owens maintained close oversight of the entire process to make sure that I, as the customer, was completely satisfied. What particularly impressed me was that he managed to stay personally involved and informed at virtually every step.
Unfortunately, my experience with Kay Loper - my service advisor, was very different. She appeared disengaged from the process, did not want to take my calls, and when she did speak with me, her manner came across as condescending—as though I did not understand what I was talking about. Most importantly, she ultimately informed me that my car had been repaired, which turned out to be far from the actual situation.
I do not want to go into all the details here. In short, returning to my watch analogy, she was the one gear in the mechanism that was not functioning properly, while the rest of the team was working hard to compensate for it.
I am very grateful to Eric Herrera, Bill Owens, and the other members of the team who put so much effort into taking care of me and my car. In fact, Kay Loper should probably be grateful to them as well, because it is only due to their professionalism and dedication that, despite my experience with her, I am still giving this service department five stars.

This regards Mercedes of Cherry Hill
I had an incredibly frustrating and disappointing
experience at Mercedes-Benz of Cherry Hill which is 1
hour and 20 minutes from my home. On Wednesday, I spoke
with the dealership and explicitly confirmed the price
and availability of a Certified Pre-Owned (CPO) GLA. We
set up a firm appointment for the next day, Thursday, at
11:00 AM to buy the car.At 9:30 AM on Thursday
morning—just an hour and a half before my appointment—I
received a phone call from Mat Ruderman. He explicitly
re-confirmed that the vehicle was available at the
agreed-upon price. He also confirmed a second, similar
GLA in a different color was available as a backup just
in case.When I arrived at 11:00 AM, the salesman took my
keys to appraise my trade-in (a 2022 Bronco Sport with
75k miles in very good condition). When he returned, both
he and the manager completely changed their story. They
claimed that BOTH vehicles had actually been sold on
Wednesday. I do not see how it is possible for Mat to
have honestly verified their availability at 9:30 AM on
Thursday morning if they had been sold the previous day.
To make matters worse, one of these cars is still
actively listed on their website as available 24 hours
later. According to Carfax records, one of these vehicles
has been listed for sale since May, and the other since
the end of June. The vehicles involved are VIN:
w1n4n4hb2tj785371 and VIN: w1n4n4hb8tj837666.They
immediately tried to move me into a brand-new vehicle
with a 8% discount off MSRP. They heavily lowballed my
trade-in, offering just $10,000 for a vehicle that
Carvana had already formally valued at $17,000. It
appeared they were trying to take $7,000 of my equity to
subsidize their "discount" on the new car. When I
refused, the salesman offered to pull a dealership
courtesy car, rush it through a CPO certification, and
deliver it to my house 1.5 hours away. I turned them down
and walked out not trusting this to happen and unwilling
to take 10k for my trade in. In my opinion, this
dealership used deceptive inventory practices to lure me
to dealership in order to move a more expensive car.
